The transformation of the outdated 1980s office building into a contemporary mixed-use development reached the construction milestone earlier this summer.
The KPF-designed project reimagines the former BT Headquarters as a contemporary workplace, with flexible office floors, wellness amenities and landscaped terraces. The project retains about 70% of the original structure and has reused 1,500 tonnes of high-quality Portland stone and granite in the new, high-performance facades. Panorama St Paul’s is targeting BREAM “Outstanding,” Wired “Platinum,” and NABERS 5-star ratings.
With elegantly curving setbacks and landscaped terraces, Panorama St Paul’s brings cutting-edge, sustainable design to a historic district. The project is slated for completion in 2025.
