660 Fifth Avenue’s Green Amenities Featured in Commercial Observer

The KPF-renovation project features new terraces on multiple floors, offering expansive outdoor spaces in Midtown Manhattan.

With outdoor space becoming an increasingly sought-after amenity for new office buildings, Commercial Observer, delves into the importance of these spaces for tenants. Citing 660 Fifth Avenue as an example of significant repositioning projects adding outdoor space, the article highlights how the KPF-led renovation utilizes the narrow form and original setbacks of the 1950s building to create a large terrace on the 8th floor above the building’s podium, along with three additional terraces on higher levels.
