KPF’s team at the Topping Out Ceremony
The building is the future home of Coach Inc., L’Oréal USA, SAP and VaynerMedia.
Related Companies, Oxford Properties Group and Kohn Pedersen Fox celebrated the topping out of 10 Hudson Yards, the future home of Coach Inc., L’Oréal USA, SAP and VaynerMedia. Ten Hudson Yards is already 85% committed and is the first tower to top out in the 28-acre Hudson Yards development. The building will be open to tenants early next year.
The tower, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, located on 30th Street and 10th Avenue, offers direct proximity to a future retail center, a 6-acre public plaza, and the extended #7 Subway line. 10 Hudson Yards will bridge directly over the High Line creating a 60’ public passageway through the building. The building is on track for LEED Gold sustainability.
