On November 2nd, the KPF Director and Head of KPFui will moderate three panels on technological innovation as part of the conference, themed “Digital Drivers for Future Practices.”
The full-day event features keynote presentations, panels, and demos from leading professionals in the tech industry. The first panel Luc Wilson will moderate, “Go With the [Urban] Flow,” discusses the benefits of open data and how to utilize it to create new models for urban placemaking. The second panel is titled “Tools for Equitable Stakeholder Engagement” and explores the challenge of futureproofing housing to mitigate issues of equity and social justice. Capping off the conference, “Future Forward: Emerging AEC Technology Transforming Practice” will focus on industry leaders’ predictions for the tools that will define the future of design practice. Alongside The Architect’s Newspaper’s President Diana Darling, Luc will present the welcome and closing comments.
