With more than 21 years of professional architectural experience, Andrew has worked on a range of project types around the world. His project management expertise includes all phases of project development, ranging from initial site feasibility studies, through all phases of design development, to the final stages of construction.

Andrew’s most recent work includes One Vanderbilt Place in New York City, a state-of-the art office tower in a prime location immediately adjacent to Grand Central Terminal. The project was recently granted unanimous City Council approval to proceed into construction, concluding a highly-charged public review process that enabled a doubling of commercial density in the district.

Also in New York, Andrew was involved in the design and construction of 745 Seventh Avenue, an office tower in Times Square for Morgan Stanley, and Court Square Two, an office tower in Long Island City for Citigroup. Leveraging the specialized zoning and code-related experience he has developed in realizing these projects, Andrew regularly assists developers in analyzing the commercial feasibility of potential sites throughout the city.

Andrew has also played an integral role in developing KPF’s portfolio overseas: In South America. He was Project Manager for the award-winning Infinity Tower in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and helped design Ventura Towers, and Vista Maua, both office buildings in the heart of Rio de Janeiro.

In Abu Dhabi, he was recently the Project Manager for Al Bateen Wharf, a 1.2 million SF mixed-use, luxury hotel, residential and retail project that is currently under construction. He also managed the design for the Abu Dhabi Media Company Headquarters, an interactive media center designed to anchor the new Abu Dhabi Media Zone.

Andrew is an active member of the architectural community, joining reviews at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design and at Ohio State University. He also participated in New York City’s Building Resiliency Task Force, defining new building code initiatives in the wake of Superstorm Sandy.
