Centra Metropark

摒弃新泽西标准的办公大楼模式,该项目树立了郊区办公体验新范式,将都市生活与居住景观融为一体,项目获得多个奖项并达到LEED铂金认证。

项目在园区总体规划第一期,避开将建筑体块设置于缺乏景观的停车空间中的一般做法,采用用户友好型设计,建筑与景观相互交织,有助于促进社会交往并形成更为健康、更加可持续的环境。

通过扩大可出租办公空间总面积并利用现有结构、回收利用有价值的部分,翻新实现了价值增长。顶部楼层扩建增加了1万平方英尺,同时,增设透明玻璃和采光井为此前空闲的地下层注入活力,包括采光良好的办公空间及租户配套设施。

项目独特的建筑结构利用非对称式树型支柱和桁架支撑第四楼层,为该项目的标志元素,入口广场上方设有宽大的蓬盖。悬挑的第四层中央有一个长方形开洞,阳光可以通过这个洞照射到一层宏伟的入口广场。周围金字塔形的景观进一步突出了项目场地,有助于这座位于郊区的办公楼形成动态的视觉存在感。
