Reilly has over 15 years of experience as an architect and has dedicated his career to innovation in residential projects. Reilly follows a holistic approach to his practice, blending interior and exterior design to create contextually sensitive and programmatically astute buildings.

Reilly’s attention to the human experience guides his design practice. As Senior Designer of Arthaus in Philadelphia, Reilly led the planning and design of 108 units and world-class amenities, including a 75-foot indoor lap pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, a tranquil library, board room, club room, dining salon, café, and children’s playroom.

Dedicated to material richness, architectural craft, and thoughtful details, Reilly has contributed to a number of KPF’s most recognizable residential projects, such as 64 University Place. This 11-story residential building responds to its surrounding context with its distinct arched brick facade. Following the character of neighboring buildings, 64 University Place continues the street wall, stepping back at the upper floors to provide terraces for residents.

Reilly has also worked on large-scale, mixed-use projects. 520 Fifth Avenue is a 1,000-foot tower that weaves together luxury residential units and boutique office space, a social club, and ground-floor retail on a limited site. Column-free interiors and a compact, efficient core allow for flexibility in the arrangement of interior office and residential spaces.

Reilly has taught at Cornell University and served as a juror at Pratt, Yale, and Syracuse University. He is a member of the AIA and a licensed architect in New York State.
