KPF Director Xiong Yi presented “Work Space – A Changing Concept” at this year’s Workplace Conference at Design Shanghai.
Xiong’s presentation helped to drive conversation around this year’s conference theme: “Reshaping the office experience through design – Flexibility, Empathy, Collaboration, Innovation.”
The conference explored healthy and empathetic work communities, in both culture and physical fabric. Xiong presented KPF projects such as Unilever Headquarters, London, the transformation of a historic structure that places the working practices of Unilever employees at the heart of its design; and TP Link Headquarters, Shenzhen, which reimagines the traditional office environment, by introducing programs that reinforce the company’s culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
