The KPF-designed development in Hong Kong received the honor in the Property Development of the Year category from the Outstanding Property Award London in this year’s celebration.
A mixed-use development in the heart of Kowloon, Baker Circle is located on a site of rare scale in the city, featuring a harmonious tower composition with a rich urban experience at the pedestrian scale. Comprised of Seven parcels and nine towers, the development pays homage to the Hung Hom district, drawing inspiration from the area’s ship building history and warehouse typologies, with colors and materiality reminiscent of the neighborhood’s past.
