Announced on September 29 by Multifamily Executive, the 2.2 million-square-foot Manhattan development was honored with the 2020 High-Rise Project of the Year Award.
Waterline Square is a mixed-use community that includes the KPF-designed 2 Waterline Square, a building that hosts 632 mixed-income units and includes outdoor spaces and amenities. The prime location between the Hudson River and Upper West Side offers residents easy access to vibrant areas, such as Columbus Circle and Lincoln Center.
Since establishment in 2007, the MFE Awards honor excellence in the Multifamily industry. The subcategories for Projects of the Year include: high-rise, garden-style walk-up, student, senior, affordable, mixed-income, mixed-use, and adaptive-reuse and apartment renovation developments.
