Vogue Taiwan Explores Asia’s Highest Five-Star Hotel at CTF Finance Centre

In an article highlighting what to see and where to stay in Guangzhou, the Rosewood Hotel in the KPF-designed tower was noted for its luxury rooms, a high-altitude bar, and proximity to malls and cultural centers.

Occupying the top floors in the 530-meter CTF Finance Centre, the Rosewood Guangzhou features traditional Chinese craftsmanship aesthetics with contemporary art and modern innovations. The building is the third tallest in China and includes one of the world’s fastest elevators, allowing guests to reach their suites in record time. The article notes the building’s connection to the K11 Art Shopping Mall and its location within walking distance to the Guangdong Provincial Museum and Guangzhou Opera House. In CTF Finance Centre’s crown, the TOO HIGH sky bar is one of the few dining opportunities in the world located above 100 floors. The bar includes private rooms, terraces, and lounge areas, complemented by live music and a curated menu of crafted drinks.

In addition to the Rosewood Guangzhou, KPF has collaborated with the hospitality brand on multiple locations, including in Bangkok and within Victoria Dockside in Hong Kong. Earlier this year, Rosewood announced a 2027 opening for its newest hotel in Parkside Seoul.
