The KPF-designed, mixed-use development in Hong Kong was honored for its design and construction quality in this year’s awards.
Victoria Dockside is located on the Kowloon Peninsula overlooking Victoria Harbour. The art and design district comprises the Rosewood Hong Kong hotel, office space, retail, and cultural components, in tandem with outdoor gardens and public spaces that welcome visitors and reactivate the waterfront.
The project won in the non-residential category, following a submission process that included a site visit from the jury as well as a presentation to the jury by the Victoria Dockside team.
Victoria Dockside has received numerous awards since its opening in 2019, most recently earning an Audience Award in the Urban Habitat category in this year’s CTBUH ceremony. Learn more about the Quality Building Awards here.
