The KPF-designed innovative office building has reached its final phase of construction ahead of its completion next year.
Earlier this month, construction crews completed work on TP Link LXD in Shenzhen. Designed to support a post-pandemic work style, the new building features a landscaped ribbon of terraces which encircles the central structure from ground to crown. Complete with gardens, workspaces, and shaded seating, the path provides an alternative route through the building and seamlessly integrates the indoor office space with the outdoor environment. TP Link LXD comprises ground-level retail with extensive plazas, a luxurious dormitory with a private lobby, and spacious offices interspersed with common areas and terraces. The eye-catching project promises to be the centerpiece of Shenzhen’s developing technology district and provide a template for the new era of office design.
