On September 25, the Senior Associate Principal will discuss current trends in the city’s real estate market at the Bisnow Miami State of the Market event.
Romina will bring her 13 years of global experience in mixed-use, large-scale design to bear at the Miami Bisnow event. Alongside other panel members representing real estate, development, finance, and architecture firms from across the country, Romina will speak to her work in Miami on One Island Drive, as well as in other major real estate markets including Philadelphia and Toronto.
With remarks from the podium by Steven Klein, Managing Partner at Gerson Preston, Romina will be joined on stage by a collection of prominent North American developers, property lawyers, and environmental finance experts. Romina’s experience with multipurpose residential design will inform the discussion as the panel considers recent technological innovations, turbulent population dynamics, and Miami’s developmental prospects.
