The transformation project by Orion Capital Managers, designed by KPF with Saraiva+Associados, was recognised at the Iberian Property Investment Awards.
Located in Lisbon, Oriente Green Campus is the transformation of an obsolete asset and derelict structure into a highly sustainable academic and tech office campus. The development retains about 91% of the original structure, resulting in estimated embodied carbon savings of 20,000 tonnes of CO2.
The Iberian Property Investment Awards was judged by a panel of 48 leading real estate professionals in Spain and Portugal. It highlights diversity and excellence in the Iberian market, underlining the importance of innovation, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility in the sector.
