On May 5th, the KPF Principal joined industry experts at the CTBUH Seattle Chapter conference to discuss the current growth and outlook in the East Puget Sound Region.
The CTBUH Seattle conference, Eastside Rising – How Development Will Be Driven By: Policy | Transit | Technology, included a keynote presentation, three panels, and a tour of three buildings in downtown Bellevue. Lloyd moderated the day’s second panel, focusing on commercial developments. KPF is currently designing The Bellevue, an elevated, mixed-use development in the city’s downtown. Comprised of four buildings defined by dynamic architecture and an expansive central atrium, the project will include residential, hospitality, and retail programming.
Joining Lloyd on the panel were Ian Kell, Development Manager at Seneca Group, David Yuan, Partner at NBBJ, and Kelley Sigl, Senior Vice President at JLL.
The in-person conference took place at the Collaboration Center at Lincoln Square South. Visit the event page here.
