KPF Projects Win Architecture MasterPrize 2019

China Resources Tower, Rosewood Bangkok, and 52 Lime Street are among this year’s celebrated projects.

The Architecture MasterPrize highlights and promotes successful projects in architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture. This year, an esteemed jury of designers, architects, curators, and academics awarded projects across 42 categories.

A winner in the Commercial Architecture category, the China Resources Tower rises 1,288 feet into the air yet remains sculptural and elegant with its column-free interiors. Its unique “sky hall”, a cathedral-like space at the highest point of the building, offers unmatched views of the city.

Rosewood Bangkok, awarded for its success in the Hospitality Architecture category, is representative of welcoming Thai culture. The building features a variety of amenities, including restaurants, bars, a spa, and the top-floor Sky Villa event venue, which offers panoramic views of the city.

A Tall Buildings category winner, 52 Lime Street is a new office tower in the heart of London. The tower, which is geometric in its form and materiality, provides modern and sustainable office space. Its striking presence on the skyline reasserts London as a leading international business center.

A gala will be held at the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao on October 14 to celebrate the winners. Learn more about the awards here.
