Kohn Pedersen Fox is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Simovic to Principal, in recognition of his outstanding service to the firm.
Based in KPF’s London office, Paul is adept at leading projects from conception to completion, building consensus, engaging stakeholders, and navigating the complexities of planning and delivery in London. Since joining the firm in 1998, Paul’s in-depth understanding of London’s development landscape has proved invaluable on several high-profile projects in the UK capital. Paul managed the design and delivery of Southbank Tower, a transformative office-to-residential conversion; Heron Tower in the City of London, a building that set the precedent for a new generation of tall, sustainable buildings within the City of London; and Panorama St Paul’s (81 Newgate Street), the transformation of an outdated 1980s office building into the new global headquarters for HSBC.
Paul joins recently promoted Principals in New York Claudia Cusumano, Rebecca Gromet, and Jorge E. Mendoza along with 31 Principals across KPF’s nine global offices.
