KPF Joins Collaborators on 105 Victoria Street in a Charity Ride to Brighton

On May 17, a KPF team embarked in the annual cycling challenge from 105 Victoria Street, as part of the development’s social strategy.

Tim Yu, Callum Birchall, and Matthew Gruiters joined a group of cyclists and charity partners in an event that raised £11,545 for their charity partners – Westminster Wheels, The Abbey Centre, The Grey Coat Hospital School, Wondering Minds, St Matthew’s Primary School, and the Cardinal Hume Centre.

Designed by KPF, 105 Victoria Street will support active travel. Cycle-friendly features were discussed in the popular podcast The Urbanist, where host Andrew Tuck and guest Alexander Morris, Development Director of BentallGreenOak, discussed 105 Victoria Street as an illustration of how the workplace can encourage wellness and physical activity.

Over the years, the social strategy has supported local schools, children and families and has provided industry-recognised certifications in bike mechanics to unemployed Westminster residents. This year, funds raised were used to support people and neighbouring schools in Westminster facing homelessness and poverty. Learn more here.
