“Catalysts for Change,” the panel discussion for the Society for Marketing Professional Services, centered on maximizing engagement within and outside of the workplace and communicating value to prospective hires. As a leader in progressive HR management, Peterson shared his knowledge on the importance of workplace and client culture, and establishing a brand that attracts and retains the best talent.
