Jill Lerner Participates in Municipal Arts Society Panel on Redesigning the Office

The KPF Principal moderated Thursday’s talk on how to return people to the office safely and better design spaces to account for the future of COVID-19.

With many of the city’s office buildings mostly vacant, The Municipal Art Society of New York asked four professionals how to redesign the workplace with a pandemic in mind. How can we create spaces that maintain health and safety while allowing for in-person collaboration and promoting economic viability? Jill Lerner, a member of the MAS Board of Directors and Chair of the MAS Planning Committee, moderated the panel.

The panel included D. Sam Chandan, PhD, Silverstein Chair and Academic Dean of the NYU SPS Schack Institute of Real Estate and the Institute for Cities in Emerging Markets at NYU Shanghai, Rachel Gutter, President of International WELL Building Institute, and Kent M. Swig, MAS Board of Directors and Owner/Co-Chairman of Terra Holdings.

The panel took place on Thursday, October 1 at 5 PM EDT. Learn more here. Watch the webinar here.
