James von Klemperer Participates in Commercial Observer’s “Making of the Modern Office Tower” Forum

On March 18, the KPF President and Design Principal discussed the process of designing cutting-edge office buildings, from development to completion.

James von Klemperer joined the panel “From Design to Development: An Inside Look at the Most Inventive Properties.” The discussion explored skyscrapers and how they differ as they span the country, setting global standards for real estate developments. He was joined by developers and real estate visionaries, including Craig M. Deitelzweig, President & CEO, Marx Realty, and Dean Shapiro, Senior Vice President and Head of US Development, Oxford Properties. The panel will be moderated by Jonathan Mechanic, Partner and Chairman of the Real Estate Department, Fried Frank.

Commercial Observer’s virtual, one-day conference, “Making of the Modern Office Tower: Reimagining a New Generation of High-Rises” featured multiple events lead by industry leaders. The conference focused on the modern day tower that is infused with technology, prioritizes efficiency and sustainability, and inspires in its urban setting.
