On December 6th, the KPF Senior Associate Principal joined a panel to explore the development of the neighborhood and emerging trends in construction and design.
In the Bisnow conference “Future of Uptown and Deep Ellum,” the panel discussions covered the neighborhoods’ new developments and the role entertainment plays in urban areas. In the panel, “Uptown: Keystone Construction and Design: The Development of the Skyline and a Flight to Quality,” Franz provided insight into KPF’s work in the city, including Parkside Uptown, a development that integrates a mix of programming with green spaces as a focal point.
Franz was joined by David Merritt, President, Merritt Development Group; Aarica Mims, Senior Vice President & Director of Leasing, KDC; Ben Brewer, Managing Director, Hines; Andy Fast, Associate Principal, Omniplan; and Ryan Chismark, Partner, Morrison & Head. Zach Sims, Executive Vice President, Kensington Vanguard National Title, moderated the panel.
