Time Tower, located in Shenzhen’s Shekou District, offers class A offices complemented by elegant detailing and a serene urban garden. The building is defined by its interlocking, L-shaped façade that gives the building a strong dynamic expression against the surrounding landscape.
NYU Shanghai is a global university campus with four neighborhoods configured in a pinwheel formation. The campus maximizes interdisciplinary interaction and represents the institution’s mission to provide a gateway for Chinese students to the world and international students to China.
At Lenovo Houhai Center, the Shenzhen, paired office towers feature dramatic cantilevers, representing the spirit of innovation that characterizes this emerging district, one of the world’s leading technology centers.
Prince Bay Harbor Tower, marks the dual entry gateway of the Port of Shenzhen to the south and Taiziwan development to the east. The project includes a 23-story residential tower, and a two-story retail podium.
The 10th-annual China Real Estate and Design (CRED) Awards received 746 competition entries, which are judged on architectural aesthetics, environmental protection, user experience, and economic benefits. Gold and Silver award winners will be announced at a ceremony on July, 7.
