The KPF residential buildings are highlighted in a recent Crain’s New York feature for their collection of amenities that elevate the tenant experience.
The round up included a handful of New York’s newest residential buildings that prioritize amenity spaces to attract tenants by catering to their specific needs. Brooklyn Point features over 40,000 square feet of services and lifestyle amenities, including an indoor rock-climbing gym, an indoor 2-lane lap pool, and the western-hemisphere’s highest infinity pool located on its roof. The 720-foot tower contains 458 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, with views over the Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines. At the Upper West Side’s Waterline Square development, where KPF designed 2 Waterline Square, residents have access to a wide range of amenities within the five-acre complex. In addition to a pool and tennis courts, there is also a movie theater, boxing studio, indoor skate park, and a hydroponic garden.
