Baker Circle and Qianhai Kerry Centre Win Build4Asia Awards

The two KPF developments were honored in the program, with Baker Circle receiving Gold and Qianhai Kerry Centre earning Silver.

Earning the top honor in the Outstanding Future Project – Residential category, Baker Circle is comprised of seven parcels and nine towers. In contrast to the surrounding mega building blocks, the site is broken into a series of finely grained urban destinations, including small pavilions and varied public spaces in addition to the towers.

Qianhai Kerry Centre features a connected network of mixed-use buildings, a below-grade shopping center, and sunken gardens, allowing for gatherings to take place without the risk of overcrowding. The project won Silver for Outstanding Architecture – Commercial (Outside of Hong Kong) and is currently being constructed in phases, with each element providing a unique identity.

The Build4Asia Awards, jointly organized by PRC Magazine, celebrates the achievements, developments, and innovations within the AEC industry. Previously limited to projects only in Hong Kong, 2022 is the first year to honor designs outside of city. View all the winners here.
