In the 2023 Global Awards hosted by Engineering News-Record, Atlantis The Royal took home the title of Best Residential/Hospitality project.
The project features both a resort and residences, organized on either side of the 500-meter-long building. At its highest, Atlantis The Royal reaches 183 meters on either side, with towers that step down and culminate in a skybridge with an infinity pool. Across the project, towers are connected by additional skybridges, increasing the number of terraces for occupants. In addition to private outdoor spaces, guests have access to multiple pools, lounges, wellness facilities, and fine dining locations. The project was submitted to the program by Atlantis The Royal’s engineer WSP.
This awards season, Atlantis The Royal has been honored by multiple programs, including the Architecture MasterPrize, AHEAD MEA, and CTBUH. The project was also named one of the world’s 50 best hotels.
