Andrew Klare Speaks at Bisnow’s Austin State of the Market Event

On October 17, the KPF Director will discuss the current state and future predictions for Austin’s growing real-estate market.

A key contributor to KPF’s growing portfolio in Texas, Andrew brings his global and local experience to the conversation on market-driven urban development in the state’s capital. Andrew’s current project, Waterline in Austin’s Rainey Street District, is set to be Texas’ tallest building and Austin’s first ever supertall. Representative of the city’s sleek yet quirky reputation, the tower is a mixed-use collage, including hospitality, office and residential sections while blending seamlessly into the adjacent Waterloo Greenway to create a vibrantly green pedestrian zone. Andrew’s work on diverse projects in China and New York City, as well as Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, speaks to his expertise in mixed-use programming and his commitment to Texan urbanism.

Andrew will be in discussion with municipal and corporate leaders from across the country to investigate the economic implications of development in the booming city. The event will begin at 8am CDT on October 17 with Andrew’s panel taking the stage at 11:40am CDT.
