Named “Best of the Best” in the Commercial Architecture category, 55 Hudson Yards offers large floorplates with ideal core-to-glass depths and high finished ceiling heights. Accessible outdoor space is integrated throughout the building, including a podium-level terrace and loggias on the upper floors.
Shenzhen Center was recognized in the High-Rise Buildings category for its landmark tower Dabaihui Plaza. The building rises 375 meters and includes office space, high-end apartments, and clubhouse-style amenities. LEED Gold certified, the tower features a highly-efficient structure which significantly reduces the embodies carbon of the project.
Atlantis The Royal, recognized in the Hospitality Architecture category, is located on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah Island, and boasts views of both the Gulf and the city skyline. The tower’s stepped form maximizes the number of terraces for the resort and residence users, culminating in central sky-bridge that defines the building’s iconic silhouette.
In the Commercial Interior category, Meta Farley comprises five floors and 700,000 square feet of office transformed from a former US Postal Service Office inside the James A. Farley Building.
