Forbes Spotlights Brooklyn Point’s Record Setting Pool

The KPF-designed residential tower features the highest outdoor infinity pool in the Western Hemisphere and is featured in the outlet’s roundup of new rooftop pools in New York City.

The article, “Dipping A Toe In The New York City Rooftop Pool Trend,” notes that the sale margin for residences with pools has increased since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, and details six New York City towers offering the rooftop amenity. On the list is KPF-designed Brooklyn Point, the 720-foot tower that anchors City Point, Downtown Brooklyn’s largest food, shopping, and entertainment destination. The article highlights the “unobstructed views of the New York cityscape and surrounding waterways” from the building’s rooftop. In addition to the pool, the space offers outdoor showers, dining and lounge areas, and movie screening facilities as part of Brooklyn Point’s over 40,000 square feet of lifestyle amenities.
