As Design Principal, Jeff applies over two decades of international experience to the design of an array of building types, with a focus on large-scale, mixed-use developments. Since joining KPF in 2003, Jeff has led many of the firm’s major endeavors throughout Asia, where his award-winning portfolio expresses an adroit blend of regional insight and global design perspective.

Considered together, Jeff’s work presents a thematic unity in both its elegant mix of programs and bold silhouettes. Jeff believes the connection with the surrounding urban fabric is pivotal to a project's success. At Riverside 66, the building’s retail program is expressed on its exterior. In New York City, One Vanderbilt’s terracotta façade draws inspiration from the materiality of neighboring Grand Central Terminal. The striking looped form of the Eye of Macau, a design study, connects both the historic city center of Macau and the newly-created Cotai neighborhood.

Jeff is committed to creating spaces that positively contribute to the cities in which they are located, such as at Huamu Lot 10, where a central plaza is activated with surrounding cultural programming. The scale and location of Jeff’s work also offers the unique opportunity to be impactful in terms of sustainability, exemplified by Sequis Tower, one of the first LEED-certified buildings in Jakarta.

An active member of the National and New York Chapters of the AIA, Jeff leads multiple committees and advisory boards within the design community. He has served as visiting critic at Harvard University, Yale University, and Columbia University, among others.
