Christopher Harvey has over 25 years of experience as an architect, joining KPF in 2014 with extensive knowledge and leadership skills related to large-scale and high-rise mixed-use developments, especially in China and the Far East. As Design Director, he works with Design Principals in all aspects of project design and implementation, leading multiple teams to ensure projects are executed to the highest level. Chris’ international experience equips him with the knowledge, professionalism and understanding required for leading large design teams and working with complex client structures. Involved in the majority of tall tower design within the London office, his experience reflects both his local understanding and global research within the practice.

Chris is currently involved in a range of projects both in the UK and abroad. In London, he has worked on One Crown Place, a mixed-use office, residential and hotel scheme that incorporates Georgian townhouses and 1970s office buildings as well as two new towers. In Kuala Lumpur, Chris has served as project manager for a 200-meter office and retail tower at the heart of the major Tun Razak Exchange master plan. He recently devised a winning competition scheme for student living in London, comprising a 160-meter tower with 1000 units. He has also contributed to a series of competitions in China, the most notable being a set of towers for a central business district and a major company headquarters.
