The publication has unveiled the first public renderings of the new mixed-use development at 310 Washington Street in Jersey City.
Following the project’s presentation to the Powerhouse Arts Neighborhood Association, the coverage highlights the collaboration between developer Esen, Croesus Group, and KPF, and notes the project’s alignment with the Exchange Place North Redevelopment Plan.
The $1.5 billion project will transform a block of surface parking with prime views of the harbor and Manhattan skyline into three towers clustered around a public plaza and totaling 2,055 rental residences. The phased development includes a 52-story tower with 625 apartments, a 50-story tower with 817 apartments and ground-floor retail, and a 57-story tower with 613 apartments, additional retail, and over 97,000 square feet of office space. The site plan features a pedestrian-only corridor, a central courtyard, and stepped open spaces designed for community events, creating a vibrant new destination for Downtown Jersey City.
