Angela Wu Discusses San Francisco’s Urban Design Solutions with CoreNet

On May 19th, the Director of KPF’s West Coast office will contribute to a panel on the city’s 5M neighborhood and how 415 Natoma considers the future of work in its design.

The panel, 5M - A Great Urban Design Solution for Living, Working & Playing, will center around the 5M district, a four-acre neighborhood that includes the recently opened 415 Natoma. Panelists will discuss the entitlement process and the features that prove the neighborhood is engineered to meet the tenant needs of the future. Angela will provide insight into KPF’s design for 415 Natoma, which offers state-of-the-art workspace for tech tenants in addition to public spaces that activate the neighborhood with greenery and amenities.

Angela will be joined by three panelists from Brookfield Properties: Cutter MacLeod, Director, Asset Manager; Swathi Bonda, Senior Director; and Christie Donnelly, Development Director. Elizabeth Hart, Vice Chairman of Newmark, will moderate the panel.

The event will take place in person and over Zoom from 4 to 5 PM PT on May 19th. Those who attend in person will tour the site after the presentation. Learn more and register for the event here.
