Shortlisted in two categories was Qianhai Kerry Centre in Shenzhen, recognized for Best Green Development and Best Mixed-Use Development. The project features convenient access to public transportation and integrates landscape and accessible green spaces throughout the complex. Another KPF project included in the Best Mixed-Use Development category was Victoria Dockside, which hosts the Rosewood Hong Kong along with commercial and retail space, and offers prime views over the Hong Kong Harbor. The retail center within Victoria Dockside, K11 Musea, was shortlisted for Best Retail Development.
Sequis Tower was shortlisted in the Best Office Development category. In the city’s capital, the tower takes inspiration from Indonesia’s local banyan tree. This contrasts the typical all-glass rectilinear architecture that is common in Jakarta.
Grand Gateway 66 was recognized for Best Refurbished Building. KPF updated the retail base of the landmark Shanghai mixed-use development with an inviting radial design that opens the space to pedestrians in the Xujiahui district.
