The two KPF-designed supertall towers were named finalists in the Best Futura Mega Project category (One Vanderbilt) and Best Office & Business Development category (CITIC Tower). Winners will be announced at a ceremony in Cannes, France on March 14th.
KPF’s work in London’s historic Covent Garden with Capital & Counties (Capco) has been recognised by the New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, with Floral Court named as a winner in the 2019 AIANY Design Awards.
The Dongdaegu Transportation Hub, the China Resources Headquarters, CITIC Tower, the Ping An Finance Centre, One Shenzhen Bay, and 10 Hudson Yards were recognized in several categories across the two programs.
CITIC Tower earned Gold for Best Chinese Futura Mega Project and WF Central earned Bronze for Best Retail Development.

The recently completed office building has been recognized in the ‘Best Washington D.C. Urban Office Over 150,000 SF’ category.
