Rebecca Gromet AIA LEED AP BD+C

With more than 15 years of professional experience as an architect, Rebecca is involved in all aspects of the design process, from concept design through construction. She has developed a special expertise in the design and planning of mixed-use projects that combine residential, retail and leisure components. Rebecca leads the firm’s residential planning in condominiums and mixed-use developments of various scales, geographic locations, and market values.

Globally, she has been involved in a new mixed-use development in Hong Kong with 450 residential units and One Shenzhen Bay, a mixed-use development in Shenzhen with more than 200 residences, including 7 luxury villas. Rebecca was also involved in the design of Nitesh Park Avenue, a luxury condominium tower in Bangalore, India and Wood Wharf, a luxury condominium tower of 470 residences adjacent to London’s Canary Wharf.

In New York City, Rebecca was the Project Manager for 500 West 21st Street, a 32-unit luxury condominium building adjacent to the city’s treasured High Line. She also led the planning for 45 East 22nd Street, a luxury, residential tower that is located steps away from the iconic Flatiron building and overlooks Madison Square Park, and 111 Murray Street, a luxury residential tower in Tribeca. She is currently involved in Brooklyn’s Pacific Park development where her role includes the design and planning for two condominiums and a platform that will support six residential buildings.

Rebecca has served as a part-time faculty member at Parsons New School of Design, and a guest critic at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and at NYIT’s School of Architecture and Design. She has also lectured at Yale School of Architecture.
