Unified by her focus on material, function, and form, Ser Lin has developed expertise across a wide range of interior types including office, retail, residential, and hospitality.

Utilizing a versatile approach, Ser Lin oversees the entire design process from concept development through construction administration from both an aesthetic and managerial perspective. At the core of her practice is encouraging the fluid collaboration between designers, consultants, contractors, and the client in the pursuit of successful design solutions.

Ser Lin’s portfolio of work for leading global corporations, such as Estee Lauder, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley, demonstrates her skill in translating recognizable brand identities into unique interiors across a range of commercial sectors. Ser Lin has also led the interiors for over a dozen commercial tall towers and mixed-use complexes across Asia. Notable projects include the 98-story Suzhou IFS, the 99-story Chongqing ITCC, and Victoria Dockside, a 3.25 million SF (323,000 SM) mixed-use complex for New World Development in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining KPF, Ser Lin contributed to a number of the firm’s high-profile projects through the longstanding, collaborative relationship between KPF and aplusi asia. Ser Lin was a key member of the design teams on such projects as the Ping An Finance Centre in Shenzhen, China, the First International Finance Centre in Mumbai, India, the Chongqing International Trade and Commerce Center (T1 & T2) in Chongqing, China, and the Abu Dhabi Airport Midfield Terminal in the UAE, among others.
