The Conrad Miami at Espirito Santo Plaza is situated in the heart of downtown Miami’s financial district. Facing out toward Biscayne Bay, the Espirito Santo Plaza provides a sleek, modern setting for the 203-room hotel.
Visitors enter the hotel via covered drop-off and walk below a glass bottom reflecting pool. From the hotel lobby at the ground floor, visitors ascend up to the 25th floor sky lobby via high-speed express elevators. The sky lobby boasts an 11-story atrium housing the hotel lobby, restaurant and lounge. Its 113-foot-tall, glazed aperture allows for stunning views across the bay and out to the Atlantic Ocean.
In addition to guest suites, the building houses 116 condominiums and 11 penthouse units. Amenities include over 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a business center, a spa with treatment rooms, a formal boardroom with plasma screens, and a ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows. Parking is concentrated in a 12-story structure that accommodates 980 cars, with additional space for service trucks. A health club with a swimming pool and tennis courts sits atop the generously landscaped roof of the parking garage podium base. A designated landscaped pedestrian bridge provides access to these amenities from the hotel.
